01 / YOUR INFORMATION

Information We Collect

When you email us or submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, message, and any information you choose to provide. Contact form entries are also saved within WordPress using Fluent Forms, allowing us to review and respond to inquiries. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential creative materials unless we have agreed to receive them.

Our hosting platform and website software may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and access times for security, diagnostics, and reliable website operation.

Site administrators may have WordPress accounts. Their login and account information is processed to operate and secure the website. This site is not intended to provide public user accounts or visitor comments.

02 / PURPOSE

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries; communicate about projects, business opportunities, and potential collaborations; operate, maintain, and protect the website; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell the personal information you send us. We do not automatically add people who contact us to a marketing mailing list. If we introduce a newsletter or other marketing program later, we'll explain the signup and choices associated with it.

03 / SERVICES

Service Providers and Email

Our website is operated using WordPress, Divi, and hosting services provided by IONOS. Depending on their role, these services may process technical data required to serve pages and protect the site.

Business correspondence is handled through Google Workspace. Our contact form uses Fluent Forms to record inquiries; FluentSMTP and Brevo deliver website notifications and other transactional messages. These services may process sender and recipient addresses, message content, delivery status, and related technical details.

We may share information with service providers working on our behalf, when necessary to provide a requested service, or when required by law. Provider handling of information is governed by applicable agreements and their respective privacy notices.

04 / WEBSITE COOKIES

Cookies and Similar Technologies

WordPress and related website services may use cookies or similar storage for essential functions, including administrator sign-in, security, and remembering settings. These are not necessarily used by ordinary visitors browsing the public site. Our contact form uses a honeypot field and Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect spam and automated submissions. Turnstile may process technical and interaction information, such as IP address, browser characteristics, and security signals, and may use cookies or similar technologies to assess whether a submission is legitimate.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregated website activity, such as pages visited and general usage patterns, so that we can improve the website. Google Analytics may process online identifiers, device and browser information, and interaction data; Google provides this analytics service. Our website uses Complianz to present cookie choices and to control optional statistics tracking. The Google Analytics scripts are configured under the Statistics category and should run only after you choose to allow Statistics. You can decline optional statistics tracking, change your selection, or withdraw consent through the Manage Consent control available on the website. We do not currently use advertising cookies or run a newsletter signup program. Other third-party features may be added in the future, in which case we will update this notice.

You can review or change your cookie choices at any time using the website's Manage Consent control. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Restricting essential cookies may affect certain site features. For additional detail, see our Cookie Policy and Opt-out Preferences.

05 / YOUR RIGHTS

Retention, Security and Your Choices

We retain email correspondence, contact-form submissions stored in WordPress, and related information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, maintain legitimate business records, address security concerns, or satisfy legal obligations. Actual retention periods depend on the type of information and applicable obligations.

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website or email system can promise absolute security. Please use discretion when sending information electronically.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to particular uses. To make a privacy request, email us at nick@dreampeddlerproductions.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
